GENERAL INFORMATION NOTE ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

SOLUZIONE GROUP SRL, with registered offices in (25020) Flero (BS), Via F. Lana no. 1, listed in the Companies Register of Brescia with R.E.A. no. BS – 320546, Tax code and VAT no. 02162360172, in the person of the legal representative pro tempore, Fabrizio Senici, (hereinafter, Soluzione Group), as Data Controller (hereinafter, Controller), hereby informs you, pursuant to art. 13 EU Regulation no. 2016/679 on the protection of physical persons with regard to their personal data, and the free circulation of such data (hereinafter, the GDPR) that your data will be processed as described below.

1. Subject of Processing
1.1 The Controller processes personal and identifying data (name, surname, address, business name, registered offices, tax code/VAT no., listing in the Companies Register, telephone, e-mail (hereinafter, the Personal Data) communicated when accessing the premises, when making an enquiry via e-mail, telephone or website, when stipulating contracts and/or during contacts of a professional nature.
2. Processing purposes
2.1 Personal Data are processed for purposes linked to, or instrumental to monitoring accesses to premises, formulating replies to enquiries, stipulating contracts and establishing business relations.
2.2 Providing your Personal Data is compulsory for pursuing the purposes mentioned in article 2.1 above. Therefore, if you refuse to provide your Personal Data the Controller will not be able to proceed with you to access its premises, to formulate a reply to enquiries, to stipulate contracts or establish business relations.
3 Processing methods
3.1 Personal Data processing includes any operation or series of operations, carried out with or without the aid of automated processes, as per article 4, no. 2) GDPR, namely, their collection, registration, organisation, storage, consultation, elaboration, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, elimination and destruction. Personal Data are subject to processing both on paper and electronically and/or by automated means.
3.2 The Controller will process the Personal Data for the time necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned in article 2 above and, in any case, for 30 (thirty) years. Once this storage time has expired, the Personal Data will be destroyed or made anonymous.
4 Accessing data
4.1 Personal Data may be made accessible to employees and collaborators of the Controller, in their capacity as data processors and/or being responsible internally for data processing and/or system administrators.
5 Data communication
5.1 Without the need for direct consent as per article 6, letters b) and c) GDPR), the Controller may communicate the Personal Data to those subjects to which communication is compulsory under the law (for example, Judicial Authorities). These subjects will process the Personal Data as independent Data Controllers. Other than for these obligations, the Personal Data will not be communicated to any third party other than the Controller or the subjects to whom access is guaranteed under article 4 of this information note.
6 The Data Subjects rights
6.1 AThe Data Subject is guaranteed the following rights:
a) the right to obtain confirmation of whether their Personal Data exist or not, even if they have not yet been registered, and to have them communicated in an intelligible manner;
b) the right to obtain indication of the source of the Personal Data, of purposes and methods of processing, of the logic applied in the event of processing carried out via electronic means, of the identifying details of the Controller, of those responsible for processing and the representative appointed pursuant to article 3, para. 2, GDPR, of the subjects and categories of subjects to which the Personal Data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as appointed representatives within the territory of the State and of the subjects responsible for, or nominated to process data;
c) the right to obtain 1) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data, 2) cancellation, anonymisation or blocking of data processed in breach of the law, including those for which retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed, 3) confirmation that the operations referred to at points 1) and 2) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or distributed, unless this requirement proves impossible or requires a manifestly disproportionate use of means compared to the protected right;
d) the right to oppose, wholly or partially, 1) for legitimate reasons, processing of their Personal Data, although relevant to the purpose of collection, 2) processing of their Personal Data for the purposes of sending advertising material.
6.2 Where applicable, the Data Subject also has the right to removal, to limitation of processing, to data portability as well as the right to make a complaint to the Guarantor.
7 How to exercise rights
7.1 The Data Subject can exercise their rights at any time by sending a communication by registered mail to SOLUZIONE GROUP SRL Via F. Lana n. 1 – 25020 Flero (BS) or by legal e-mail to amministrazione@pec.soluzionegroup.com
8 Controller, subject responsible for processing and data processors
8.1 The Controller is SOLUZIONE GROUP SRL Via F. Lana n. 1 – 25020 Flero (BS). The updated list of those responsible for processing and data processors is kept at the registered offices of the Controller.
9 Data transfer
9.1 Personal Data are handled and stored on the Controller’s servers in the European Union. Data may be transferred outside the European Union. In any case, it should be understood that the Controller, where necessary, will have the right to move the location of its servers in Italy and/or the European Union and/or Countries outside the EU. In this case, the Controller guarantees that this transfer of data outside of the EU will be done in compliance with current legislative requirements by stipulating, if necessary, agreements that guarantee an adequate level of protection and/or adopting the measures required by the European regulation.
